Director of Outreach
Ben Geller grew up in a small town in Missouri before attending Fork Union Military Academy. After his time there, he moved to New York, with hopes of becoming a chef. These aspirations drove him to attend the Culinary Institute of America. Early on in his time in New York, Ben came across the opportunity to work in Emergency Services. His time there changed his outlook and pushed him to attend the Fire Academy & School to become an Emergency Medical Professional. While there, among other accomplishments, he earned the rank of Lieutenant, became a State EMS Instructor & a member of multiple specialized operation teams. Ben continued his education at Marist College where he studied Biomedical Science. During the pandemic, he applied his knowledge and led the emergency management operations in his region. Early in 2021, Ben found a new passion - fighting back against the onslaught of media misinformation. Marc Molinaro, County Executive & NY-19 Congressional Candidate, soon asked Ben to run for the legislature - and he did. Ben defeated a sitting democratic incumbent & won his campaign. In his free time, can be found traveling around the globe to provide medical care to the unreached, watching the St. Louis Cardinals and cooking for his friends.
